Hi everyone! Welcome to another episode of the Spiritual Alien Podcast.

So, tonight I want to check in with you. But first, there are some things I want to address, unrelated to this episode. You might be wondering, what happened to the interviews? And, will I continue to upload on YouTube like last year before I deleted all episodes?

Well the first answer is simple, I took a break this week from interviewing because I was feeling overwhelmed with reaching out, connecting, interviewing, recording, editing, uploading, scheduling graphics and writing captions, and all that fun stuff, besides my second book which I abandoned yet again and two other projects that I have been working on with other people. I also forgot the two free eBooks, the one of my upcoming second book and the other one from the GYST series, which were meant to be released in late January. It seems that they will be released by late February instead and I appreciate your infinite patience.

The second answer is more complicated. I spent 2 years on YouTube uploading all of my podcast episodes. My YouTube channel was meant to be an archive for my whole podcast. However, YouTube has been censoring my content from reaching out to more people because they fall into the conspiratorial side of things, and you know that YouTube does not like content regarding conspiracy theories.

So last year I stopped uploading episodes altogether, I decided that I would only upload podcast interviews which would be a few times during one point in the year, or in a nutshell, once a year. I also cannot monetize my content on YouTube either, due to the topics in that content, which pushed me to move away from the platform. YouTube is great for dumb content like the Paul brothers, or for gossip and drama, or beauty related content.

I bring all of this up because this episode will be uploaded on YouTube, because I want to warn my listeners that follow me there that once I finish with the interviews at some point in March, the channel will no longer be active. As a content creator it is frustrating to me to have an audience that I cannot create content for because the platform censors it, so my only option would be to completely discard anything related to ET contact, starseeds, the shadow military and so on, which would be exterminating The Spiritual Alien and I am not willing to compromise my podcast for one platform when this podcast is being broadcasted in several platforms, many which I did not know about. I hope this answers your questions regarding why my YouTube channel only has video interviews and no longer has older episodes from the previous years.

Now, moving on to tonight’s episode, you and I need to talk. Regardless of where you are listening to me from, whether it’s at work or in the car, in the bathtub or the bed, the couch or your own work room and so on, I want you to really listen in.

This is a reminder that there comes a time where you will have to take a break whether you like it or not. When your body is telling you to stop, you better fucking stop. This time I listened, so I retreated from all of my projects and took some time to give my mind some rest. But then the feelings of guilt come up, that you can’t rest because you’re wasting time when you could be doing something productive.

So I’ve done that, I’ve pushed through it, I would go back to my computer but then I would spend an hour staring at a blank screen because I could not get my mind to focus on work. So I would go back to bed and feel double the guilt, about wasting time by resting and also about not being able to get anything done. Such bullshit right? I am very sure you can relate, or at least 90% of you will.

Unfortunately, many of us think and feel this way, but not enough people talk about this issue because they feel embarrassed or they feel that they need to be on hustle mode all of the time, they think it’s unnatural to have the need to rest, they think that if they do get rest that they are being lazy and unproductive. Is this you?

If so, I want you to CUT IT THE FUCK OUT. I think I am a bad example because I am always trolling everyone with “Sleep is for the DEAD!” and in a way I stick to it, because when I feel creative I don’t get much rest. HOWEVER, I am learning to honor my body and brain when they both feel exhausted, so instead of burning out and then getting some rest when it’s too late, I now catch myself in the beginning, when I start to feel like a potato. And if you’re wondering what kind of potato, I am a baked potato. No pun intended. Although I love those waffle fries from Chick-fil-A. I don’t know, I guess I am a bi-tato too!

So, tonight is not an instructional episode where I tell you what to do and how to do it, but rather, a reminder. I wanted to check in with you and ask you, what are you neglecting in your life right now that you absolutely need to include? Getting more sleep? Drinking more water? Adding healthier food to your diet? Getting back to working out? What are your needs and how can you get them met? You will probably groan at me for this and spoiler, I don’t care if you do, but make a list of your needs! Write them all down on one side and on the other side write how you can get them met and how will you. This will help you visualize your situation better and clearer so that you know what to work on.

By this time of the year, many people have given up on their New Year’s resolutions, so I want to push you beyond that. Have you given up on any of them yet? Perhaps it’s time to revise your intentions and adjust the way you approach them, and see if there is a better alternative that works out best for you.

If there is something I want you to take away from this episode is to not feel guilty for following what your body, mind and spirit are telling you to do. If you need more rest, go get it. Getting rest is taking action. Can’t get rest because you have kids and have to take care of them or pick them up from school? Perhaps you can ask your partner or family member to help you out for the day. If your body wants healthier and lighter food, go get it. Can’t get healthier food because it’s expensive? Well, maybe you should stop going to Starbucks every day and save that money for food instead of crack, I mean sugar. Sacrificing something you want for something you need is taking action. If you need to be more active and workout to get your health back, do it. Can’t workout because you don’t have money for the gym? Maybe you should finish binge-watching The Witcher, cancel your Netflix subscription and get it together. Something as simple as canceling a subscription is taking action. In fact, you don’t even need a gym, you can workout from home with free videos online, unless of course you want the equipment to weight lift or something. We all tend to have an excuse for something in order to not do the thing, so what is your excuse?

I am a personal development mentor, so in my work I am not nice all the time, especially when it comes to holding someone accountable due to their mindset limitations. The mind can be a very powerful enemy, so you have to have the inner strength to confront it, call it out and dominate it and not let it dominate you. So when we have all these external distractions, it’s very easy to let the mind win. But I know you are a winner. Well, I have my doubts. I’m kidding. I don’t know, you will have to show me what you’ve got. So consider this a mini challenge.
