It has been said time and time again that the more you complain the more you stay in a low vibrational state and the less you’re able to clear your head + center yourself in order to come up with a potential solution to a problematic situation with an unclear outcome due to a foggy mental space. ☠️

Some people write daily lists of the things they are grateful for, others do a weekly review of things they are grateful for, and then there are those who remember once a year what they’re grateful for. And maybe, on the next day, the latter fight someone over a 60” TV, who knows. 🤣🤷🏻‍♀️

I am grateful for my family and all the new friends I’ve met this year. I’m grateful for gaming as it’s helped me tremendously to keep my mental health in check. And I’m grateful for you, for being here and supporting my work even during my quiet times this year. 👽🚀❤️

I came out at 23 in 2016 after an 11-year struggle with myself and my identity. Who would have thought that the answer to my questions and doubts was the simplest one that one could imagine. 🤔
.
I didn’t have to choose. 😮
.
However, coming out always comes with its dilemmas and bullshit from other people, whether family or friends. 😅 I have allowed my identity to be erased in order to fit in or not get scolded or to not be rejected, but along the years I’ve taken back my power. 🥊
.
I want to share with you some projections I have received during those years of weakness and people-pleasing. 🤢
.
- It's a phase
- You're just confused
- You're a greedy whore
- You have to choose one, not both
- Once you're with a man it'll go away
- You've never been with anyone so you can't say you're bi
- You will never be sexually satisfied with a woman, you need a dick inside you
.
So to all these ex-friends, I want to say a big fuck you. Your opinion of me does not define me, but it speaks volumes about the type of scum that you are.
.
And to you, my friend, I hope you are proud of your identity, of who you are and for being alive.
.
Your current circle may not love you now, but that’s not what you get for the rest of you life. I ask of you to do what I did, step out of it and expand.
.
I know it’s not easy to step out of you comfort zone, not knowing what will happen can be scary, but ask yourself “What am I missing out on by not doing XYZ?”

Do you prefer familiar pain or temporary discomfort? As always, the choice is yours.

fall is my favorite time of the year along with winter, it’s when i am at my most creative point.

but again, it’s 2020, so this year has been different and i’ve been on a creative journey all year long. 😳
.
we are less than 4 months away from the year ending (fucking FINALLY!!!). 🥳
.
as summer slowly dies,
there is a brief stillness in between fall and the upcoming holiday season,
during this stillness, it’s time to look back on your year. 👀
.
i want you to whip out your phone or take out your journal with a pen or pencil and take some notes with me. 📱📖✏
.
- what ideas have sprouted and bloomed?
- what has worked out for you? what hasn’t?
- what do you need to adjust? or do again?
.
- have you believed in yourself?
- have you treated yourself nicely? no? what needs to change? what stories are you telling yourself for you to act this way with yourself?
- have you allowed yourself to cry and feel pain? or have you repressed them because it’s “not spiritual” to feel this way? why?
.
take one day out of your schedule where you don’t have school or work to just lounge around in your comfiest pajamas… 🛏️
.
(unless you’re like me and don’t give a fook about lounging in bed wearing jeans) 😅
.
maybe make some hot chocolate with marshmallows (LET’S GO BOIS!!! and girls? everyone in between? 😅)...
.
and take your phone, iPad, or journal with a pen or pencil. 📱📖✏
.
then, answer the questions to the best of your ability, don’t censor yourself. 💭❌
.
take this time of year to go within, to sit down with yourself and see what things you need to let go of, transmute and heal, so that you can step into the highest version of yourself. 🌌
.
trust me, you will be surprised at what you will find.
